Yale Productions was formed in 2010 with the goal of producing high-quality, innovative independent films. The company has grown exponentially in the past couple years, working with some of the biggest talents in the film industry to create meaningful and exciting films, which are both artistically significant and financially successful.

Jordan Yale Levine is the founding partner of Yale Productions.  Working as a producer and executive producer since he was 19 years old, Jordan has developed a keen eye for talent, and fostered significant relationships throughout the industry.  In 2017, Jordan Beckerman joined the company as a full-time partner and producer, having previously worked as a film production and entertainment attorney since 2008.  Since then, Yale Productions has grown significantly, bringing on new team members and producing even more quality films.

Yale Productions is based in New York, and shoots most of its films in New York City and Upstate New York.  New York State offers a tremendous film tax incentive program (currently 30-40% on below the line expenditures), which Yale Productions utilizes for all of its New York productions.  In addition, Yale Productions has developed a network of experienced local crew in New York, which it works with over and over again, and takes full advantage of the diverse locations and landscapes found throughout the state.

While the team has continued to grow, Yale Productions has prided itself on maintaining its core principals of hard work, loyalty, trust and honesty.  Most of the team members joining the company have worked with Yale Productions for years in various capacities, creating not just a larger company, but a filmmaking family.  This outlook permeates every aspect of Yale Productions’ business – from working with investors, to relationships with talent and their reps, to managing crew on set.  This approach has allowed Yale Productions to be one of the most prolific independent production companies operating today, with much more to come in the near future.
